Routine digital EEG and home EEG testing
Sleep care clinic offers full-channel electroencephalography (EEG) for use in the management of epilepsy. Additionally, a portable system for home testing is available for patients with mobility problems.

Sleep EEG
During this study, electroencephalography (EEG) is recorded from the head during a full night's sleep. This is useful in the management of patients with epilepsy, who mainly have seizures at night.

Video EEG
It is often desirable to have a video recording of epileptic seizures. This not only confirms the nature of the seizure, but also localizes its source, duration, etc. Video EEG at sleep care clinic is done for 4 or 8 hours according to physician prescription.

Long-term EEG monitoring
In some epilepsy patients with infrequent seizures, video monitoring and EEG recording may be done for a whole day or several days. Sleep care clinic has the facilities to accomodate patients for up to 5 consecutive days.
